Personal development covers a very wide range of deliverable elements reaching as far and wide as the individual wants. Usually this involves addressing areas where the individual feels ‘stuck’, e.g. communication skills, confidence building or preparation for interview. This may be achieved on a one-to-one basis and/or through a combination of personality and psychometric testing. Areas we may explore include: • Personal Coaching and Emotional Intelligence development • Mentoring (including adjustments for diversity e.g. Dyslexia etc) • Inter and Intra-personal Skills Development • Issues of Inter-Personal Conflict • Confidence Building • Recruitment assessment guidance • A personal bespoke development plan |
